Energy work is the transformation of blockages within the flow of energy in the energy body. The energy body or aura* is an energetic field that surrounds your physical body. With the help of various techniques, the blockages are transformed and the released energy is reintegrated into the energy body.
* This is a brief description for clarity. There are various other levels, such as the light body, which in turn surrounds the aura. However, as a client you do not need to know or understand this in detail. A successful treatment is possible even without basic knowledge on your part.
My main working method is aura work according to Heiko Wenig, a further development of Reiki. In contrast to Reiki, we do not touch the physical body in aura work, or only very rarely. Instead, I work directly on the aura (= the energy body that surrounds your physical body). In doing so, I first recognise obstacles in the energy flow of this body and transform the energy blockages using various techniques so that the energy can flow freely again.
Yes, I have clients on different continents (here in Europe, but also in the USA and Australia, for example) and they can all perceive the change in their lives, even though some of us have never met physically.
Yes, energy work is a wonderful support for any situation. Transformation and change is an everlasting process and does not always have to be accompanied by heaviness and difficulties. Energy work can accompany you in the process and help you to integrate even more good things into your life.
